How do development companies strive to build upon the potential of a popular Prague locality for both living and excursions? How do they connect contemporary, modern buildings with the rich history of Prague 5, where Barrandez-Vous is also being developed?

The Adresa magazine article focused on new projects in the localities of Smíchov, Radlice, Košíře, Jinonice and Barrandov.

BARRANDOV - a district known primarily for its film studios, but which in reality offers much more. In addition to a rich cultural scene, it also boasts nature. And that is also one of the reasons why many developers have taken a liking to Barrandov. Among them is Top Estates, which is currently building the second phase of the Barrandez-Vous residential project here.

„We perceive the locality as one of Prague's greenest districts, which not only has excellent transport accessibility to the centre of Prague, but is also close to nature and popular excursion sites such as Prokopské údolí, Červený lom and Chuchelský háj. The central idea, however, was to create not only beautiful living in harmony with nature, but also its own green world where people would live well. And this has been wonderfully achieved thanks to the new park in Barrandez-Vous.“

At the same time, the aforementioned film history of the place was also reflected in the final design of the project, which will offer almost fifty flats in its second phase.

"Barrandov is historically associated not only with nature, but also with film. Many stories about life, friendship, love and fateful encounters have been created on the silver screen, and these were the inspiration for the concept of the new residential project," adds Dušan Dvořák, the second of the company's founders, according to whom the rich film history contributes to the unique genius loci of the entire project.
