BARRANDEZ-VOUS brings a new standard of living

When the designs for the Barrandez-Vous development project were being created a few years ago, we wanted to bring an exceptional element to every apartment, one that would offer more than just visual appeal.

In collaboration with architects, we opted for large-format seating windows with extended and lowered sills, which have become one of the most appealing details and benefits of the new development project.

Above all, client feedback has exceeded all our expectations.

That's why, for the second phase, we decided not only to retain this feature but to take it even further – we enlarged the windows, creating even more generous spaces for views and relaxation.

A WINDOW WHERE YOU WANT TO SIT AND RELAX... Thanks to the large-format seating windows, each apartment gains additional living space – a cosy nook where you can sit, read, dream, observe life outside, study, or work with a laptop on your lap...

A NEW STANDARD OF LIVING

The BARRANDEZ-VOUS residential project is gaining attention not only for its architecture but, more importantly, for its high standard and quality. Every decision within the project is meticulously thought out – from the layout to the selection of materials.

The apartments are designed to combine a modern aesthetic with maximum functionality. They feature wooden floors, elegant bathrooms, underfloor heating, and other smart amenities, such as electric vehicle charging stations directly in the underground car park.

In a few months, the construction of the second phase will be completed, and the new apartments will be ready for occupation.

To an exceptional quality that is not entirely common in today's development projects.
