BARRANDEZ-VOUS commences construction of its second phase
Prague, 2 February 2024 - The development group TOP ESTATES has commenced construction of the second phase of Barrandez-Vous, meaning another apartment building with almost fifty flats and views across the entire metropolis will be built in Prague over the next two years. The new building will harmoniously complete the existing residential complex and build upon the successful first phase, which received numerous prestigious awards for both architecture and public space.
Highly sought-after 1-bedroom flats (2+kk) and larger family homes, with gardens and terraces, will continue to be featured in the new building. Thanks to its hillside location, it will offer unique views of Prague and the surrounding area.
