BARRANDEZ-VOUS Wins Another Award - Real Estate Project of the Year 2025

We are delighted!

Among a hundred projects from across the Czech Republic, the second phase of this residential development, which sensitively combines modern architecture, nature, and high standards, has captured the hearts of the public.

This marks the sixth award for BARRANDEZ-VOUS and the 12th title overall for the TOP ESTATES development group. We extend our thanks to our entire team, and to architects UNDER-CONSTRUCTION ARCHITECTS and Atelier Flera.

Without your energy, ideas, and commitment, such a beautiful place to live would not have been created.
