We have completed the acquisition of a project in a key Prague location

TOP ESTATES has completed the acquisition of a project in one of Prague's most significant development areas. The project, with planning permission, will bring a new generation of urban living and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Anděl metro station. It is situated in a place that will become one of the metropolis's most prominent addresses in the coming years.

This is not just about acquiring a new project and closing a business transaction. It is the beginning of a journey towards a project that aims to become part of Smíchov's new face.
