The Barrandez-Vous Story Continues: We Laid the Foundation Stone for New Apartment Construction

With the participation of key company personnel and business partners, architects, and the project team, we officially commenced construction of the apartments in the second phase of Prague's Barrandez-Vous residential project.

Three buildings, with an expansive park and relaxation zones in the middle, are being developed in two phases. The buildings of the first phase, North and South, have already been completed. At the beginning of last year, 169 apartments were ready for occupation. The last newly built apartment building, West, will be completed at the end of 2025 and will bring almost fifty more apartments. New features will include a vertical garden on the gable wall and original art in the passage in the form of designer lighting by Czech glassmakers.

„We are delighted that existing residents are living happily, new clients show great interest in the apartments of the second phase, and even before construction began, we had already met the conditions for bank financing, which I consider to be an appreciation of our project and our work, in which customers have faith.“

„We are not only building premium housing for our clients with views of the metropolis, but we also strive to contribute to a high-quality living environment through greenery in public spaces. We are pleased that, after successful collaboration on the first phase, we are now continuing with the same team, architects, and key business partners, and construction is already in full swing.“

The financing bank is once again Raiffeisenbank. The chief architects of the Barrandez-Vous project are Erika and Vladimír Vašut from Under-construction architects and Ferdinand Leffler with the Atelier Flera team, who have collaborated with Top Estates for a long time and have significantly contributed to many prestigious awards for completed projects.

Everything has come together in the new Barrandez-Vous residential complex, and both phases have much to offer. Modern design, a high standard of living with views of Prague, garages and parking spaces for electric vehicles, nature, private gardens, and a new inner-block park with relaxation zones, excellent transport accessibility to the city centre, and nature reserves in the vicinity.
