REZIDENCE ZÁPAD is rising

The construction of the second phase of BARRANDEZ-VOUS is in full swing, with the shell construction having reached half its height.

„The Top Estates construction team is currently working on completing the concrete pouring for the load-bearing walls on the 3rd floor, preparing the formwork and reinforcement for the ceilings. Simultaneously, we are beginning the masonry work for the non-load-bearing walls in the underground floors, garages, and cellars.“

According to the schedule, the last, 6th floor of Rezidence Západ will be completed by the end of the year. The overall completion of Barrandez-Vous Phase II is planned for the turn of 2025/2026.
