We are building another residence with views of Prague

Construction of the second phase of BARRANDEZ-VOUS began at the start of the year. A new residential building with nearly fifty flats offering views across Prague is starting to rise in Prague's Barrandov district.

The successful first phase, where almost all flats have been sold, was completed last year. This year, construction of the final West residential building has commenced and will take two years to complete.

„Earthworks, excavation pit shoring, and foundation work have been completed. Concreting of columns and walls in the underground floors is underway, and we are starting formwork and reinforcement tying for the ceilings in accordance with the project schedule.“

EVERYTHING HAS COME TOGETHER IN THE NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECT, AND BOTH PHASES HAVE MUCH TO OFFER.

Flats for immediate occupancy and flats under construction. Highly sought-after flats with gardens and terraces will also be featured in the new building, and thanks to its hilltop location, they will offer unique views of Prague.
