TOP ESTATES unveils new project VILLA FRAME in Hřebenky

„The most beautiful painting doesn't have to be part of a gallery, but right in your home.“

A unique living space is emerging in Prague's Hřebenky, inspired by the harmony of light, architecture and nature. VILLA FRAME will offer 40 premium apartments in one of Prague's most exclusive locations — on the southern slope of Hřebenky, in Pod Stadiony Street, close to Ladronka, Kinský Garden and Strahov.

The name of the new residence does not stem solely from an architectural detail.

The window of each apartment naturally becomes a living painting and a frame, with constantly changing views.

Subtle changes in colours, atmosphere and light throughout the day and in individual seasons.

Generous terraces, views of the Prague panorama or privacy in the gardens.

An exceptional atmosphere every time.

VILLA FRAME. A place you'll look forward to every day.

The project has received building permits and the pre-sale website villa-frame.cz has just been launched. Interested parties can register now and gain the opportunity to choose an apartment among the first, before the official pre-sale launch.

„When you are preparing a development project, most people only see the final result. Visualisations. The building. The apartments. But the most important aspects often arise long before that. For over a year, the Top Estates team has been working on this project, and we are very demanding when it comes to the precise preparation and execution of every construction. Our goal is to create places that will not only be defined by architecture, but primarily by how one feels in them every day. From practical layout solutions to the impact of light on the interior, the emphasis on materials and details that are not immediately visible but determine how the space truly functions.“

We are working on the project together with architects Vladimír Vašut and Erika Vašutová with the Under-construction architects team, and landscape architects Atelier Flera led by Ferdinand Leffler.

We have long been committed to the shared idea of integrating architecture with nature so that it naturally enters into daily life.
